If you are referring to the Soundtrack of Summer Tour segment, this is a copy of an email sent out from the fanclub.  The ticketing site should also state what is included.
Foreigner will offer three ticket options for their 2014 tour.

1. Foreigner Premier Guitar Meet & Greet Packages are $499 each & include:
- 1 Ticket in the First Row
- Meet & Greet + Photo with Foreigner
- 1 Les Paul Epiphone Guitar Autographed
- 1 Foreigner Beach Towel
- 1 Foreigner Totebag
- 1 Physical Copy of “Limited Edition Double CD” Autographed
- 1 Commemorative Laminate

2. Foreigner VIP Meet & Greet Packages are $299 each & include:
- 1 Ticket in First 5 Rows
- Meet & Greet + Photo with Foreigner
- 1 Remo Drum Head Autographed
- 1 Foreigner Totebag
- 1 Physical Copy of “Limited Edition Double CD” Autographed
- 1 Commemorative Laminate

3. Foreigner Ticket & Merch Packages are $199 each & include:
- 1 Reserved Ticket
- 1 Foreigner Beach Towel
- 1 Foreigner Totebag

From what has been said in year's past, the VIP guests enter the venue prior to the general audience so they have the opportunity to claim the best seats.  Even in completely open seating situations, the poster shared that the meet and greet happened by a few people going backstage while the others helped out and watched over their claimed spots.  Someone said that a new person is running the events but it seems a workable mode.

The VIP package for the Port Chester, NY show was priced differently and arranged last minute due to BOSE providing equipment for the private showing (or something like that). However, VIP attendees DID get to go into the venue first (while the general admission folks were pressing their faces on the door glass  :P)

It didn't take long for the security fence at the stage to get lined up with the VIP group. Some still hung around in Garcia's and probably lost out on a good concert spot. I STILL have red marks from leaning up against that fence for the entire concert, myself!  ;D There was plenty of room in the near front row area for the general admission folks to get a great vantage point. I'd say those who stopped to get merchandise or booze before entering the theater lost out on some prime space.

Relayer the pre show M & G was fantastic!!
but I'm getting too old for GA
most do not know how to respect anyone's space!
but it was a fabulous show at an incredible historic venue!
